Manganese "The Love Element"

Manganese “The Love Element”

Manganese has a major influence upon heart, bone and cranium linings. It is best known for its control of nerves, coordinates our thoughts and improves memory. It is part of the entire brain computer system and is used in over 100 different mental faculties. It helps carry oxygen from the lungs to the cells.  Small but a vital element, along with eight other elements, if deficient good health is impossible. It is called the “love element” because signs of deficiency are vindictiveness, meanness, quick temperedness and sadism. When manganese is taken away from an animal, it will not nurse its young and loses its ability to be maternal or fraternal.

Manganese is a mineral that is only found in natural foods and not in the most common foods. A few of these foods: Raw nuts (English Walnuts, Almonds, Pecans Hickory Nuts, Butternuts, Pignolias), Pineapple, Blueberries, Carob, Steel-Cut Oats and many raw greens. Baking or refining tends to remove the trace of Manganese from foods.
