Polarity Therapy is a gentle, light-touch therapy developed by Dr. Randolph Stone that works with the body's fundamental energy to bring balance to its physical, mental, and emotional aspects. Rooted in the five elements, earth, water, fire, air, and ether, this technique addresses the finer energies that influence overall well-being. A session promotes healing by encouraging the natural flow of energy, clearing congestion, and restoring balance throughout the body. Additional appointment times are available upon request.
